Amsco® Century® Small Steam Sterilizer
The Century Sterilizer meets the needs of today-s O.R. and other areas of the
hospital. The Century features footpedal operation of the automatic sliding door
for hands-free loading and unloading. The vacuum fluorescent touch panel permits
direct operator cycle selection. The large display of time remaining during the
cycle allows the operator to perform other tasks while awaiting cycle
completion.
The Century Sterilizer is available in gravity or
prevacuum configurations.

This sterilizer
is offered in a prevacuum configuration and is designed for fast, efficient
sterilization of heat- and moisture-stable materials in scientific applications.
Prevacuum configuration sterilizers are equipped with prevacuum, gravity,
liquid, leak test, and daily air removal (Bowie-Dick) test cycles.
All
configurations include choice of a single or double door.

is offered in a Prevacuum configuration and is designed for fast, efficient

Prevacuum configuration sterilizers are equipped with prevacuum, gravity,
liquid, leak test, and daily air removal (Bowie-Dick) test cycles.
The 48" and 60"
configurations include choice of a single or a double door; 36" configuration
provides single door, only.

Amsco® Lab 110 Small Steam
Sterilizer
The Amsco Lab
110 sterilizer was designed with the needs and the budget of the laboratory
research market in mind. The lab series sterilizer provides the same
time-proven, safe, reliable chamber and stand assembly as the Century®
sterilizer that has been offered to the healthcare and life sciences markets
since 1992.
The Amsco Lab 110 features an Allen-Bradley MicroLogix" control and a full-color
operator interface. The unit has a chamber size of 16 x 16 x 26 inches (406 x
406 x 660 mm) and is equipped with gravity and liquid type cycles as standard.
Optional prevacuum and isothermal cycles are also available if required. A
manually operated vertical sliding door is combined with the non-lubricated door
seal for reliability and ease of use. The drain line piping package meets or
exceeds the maximum water temperature requirements of the industry - 60ºC
(140ºF).

Large Steam Sterilizer
The
Century SLH Scientific Steam Sterilizer is a prevacuum sterilizer designed to
process hard goods, porous loads, liquid loads in vented containers, and
laboratory animal caging systems.
Century SLH
(sliding horizontal door) Sterilizer is equipped with a fully-programmed
microprocessor control system capable of sterilizing a variety of loads using
saturated steam under pressure and mechanical air-removal or gravity
displacement principles. The average chamber temperature is controlled within ±
1.0°C (1.8°F) maximum.

Steam Sterilizers provide shortened validation, increased reliability, and
flexibility. Each sterilizer is available with all the standard sterilization
processes that utilize steam as the sterilizing agent, including saturated
steam, steam-air mix and water-air mix. Customized cycles can also be developed,
based on customer-specified requirements.
QUANTIM 16 Autoclave
This portable
tabletop steam sterilizer is ideal for fast, gentle processing at the point of
use. The stainless steel chamber is warranted for ten years, and can process up
to 96 unwrapped instruments. QUANTIM 16 requires no special electrical or
plumbing accommodations, and uses minimal utilities. The one-touch
microprocessor control pads add to this system's operator-friendly features.
STATIM
2000 and 5000 Cassette Autoclaves
These countertop
steam sterilization systems' unique cassette technology provides 6 and
9.5-minute sterilization cycle times for unwrapped instruments. They require no
special electrical connections or plumbing, and use minimal utilities. The
one-touch microprocessor keypad uses universal symbols. STATIM systems are ideal
for point-of-use sterilization.
